HEY EVERYONE I AM STARTING A BLOG THAT FOCUSES ON HEALTHY EATING. ALOT OF PEOPLE HAVE A GOAL JUST TO LOSE WEIGHT WHEN THEY START A DIET. ALSO MOST PEOPLE GAIN IT BACK TOO. CLEAN EATING IS NOT JUST FOR PEOPLE THAT WANT TO LOSE WEIGHT IT IS FOR ANYONE. I HAVE MY KIDS EAT CLEAN ALSO. TWO OF MY KIDS HAVE LOW WEIGHT ISSUES EATING CLEAN HELPS ABSORPTION OF NUTRIENTS CAUSING A HEALTHY WEIGHT GAIN. AT THE SAME TIME THIS CLEAN EATING GETS RID OF TOXINS SO PEOPLE WANTING TO LOSE WEIGHT WILL LOSE ALL TOXIC WEIGHT AND MAINTAIN A HEALTHY WEIGHT. I WILL TELL YOU WHAT FOODS TO AVOID AND WHY THEN I WILL TELL YOU WHAT FOODS TO EAT. ONCE I HAVE MADE SURE EVERYONE KNOWS WHAT AND WHAT NOT TO EAT I WILL POST MEAL IDEAS, HEALTHY, SNACKS KIDS LOVE, AND ALTERNATIVES TO THINGS THAT PEOPLE LOVE.
